WIthin Germany, we are sending our products within 2 to 4 workdays via parcel service.

Personalized products usually take longer, about 5 to 7 workdays.

We charge a fee for shipping of 4,90 EUR per order. For orders of 50 EUR or more, shipping is free.

Also, should you be in our vicinity, Orders can picked up at our works while making shipping charges obsolete.

For foreign shipments, however, due to the much higher cost of shipping out of Gemany, we will charge the actual shipping and packaging cost for any delivery out of Germany.

These shipping cost will be offerd to you via email before finalizing your order on the same or next workday after your online order.

You can then finalize your order by wiring the outstanding total amount given in the email including the out-of-country shipping fees.

Of course, at that point, should shipping cost out of germany be to expensive, you could then still step back from the order.
